This Disclaimer governs your use of Bubba's Edge at bubbasedge.com (the "Service"), operated by Apex Amplify, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service's technology and intellectual property are owned by Apex Protocol IP LLC and licensed to the Company. This Disclaimer is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to everything stated below.

  • A "true probability," "Bubba's estimate," or any percentage shown is a model-generated estimate, not a prediction or a fact.
  • An "edge," "gap," or Edge Score™ reflects the model's view of available evidence and is not a signal, recommendation, or assurance that any transaction will be profitable.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any Content.

5. No Guarantee of Results; Risk of Loss
