Bubba's Edge — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Amplify, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Bubba's Edge at bubbasedge.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you. The Service's underlying technology and intellectual property are owned by Apex Protocol IP LLC and licensed to Apex Amplify, Inc.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Who We Are and Scope
This Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Service. The Service is intended for residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old. It is not directed to children or to persons outside the United States.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide or that is provided through sign-in.
- Account and identity information. When you create an Account, including via a third-party sign-in provider (e.g., Google or Apple) or email, we receive information such as your name and email address. We do not receive your third-party account password.
- Phone number (optional). If you choose to enable alerts or similar features, we may collect your mobile phone number with your express consent (see Section 8).
- Communications. Information you provide when you contact us (e.g., support emails).
- User inputs. The questions, prompts, and other inputs you submit to generate analyses ("User Content").
B. Payment information.
- Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Stripe collects and processes your payment card and billing details. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction information (e.g., confirmation, last four digits, amount, status) from Stripe.
C. Information collected automatically.
- Usage data. Pages and markets viewed, features used, Reads/Edges generated, timestamps, and interactions.
- Device and technical data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and similar technical information.
- Cookies and similar technologies. As described in Section 6.
D. Information from third parties.
- Authentication providers, payment processor, analytics providers, and infrastructure providers may provide us information consistent with their policies and your settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service, including authenticating you and generating AI analyses;
- process transactions, manage Credits, and provide customer support;
- send transactional and service messages, and, where permitted, product updates and (with consent) alerts;
- monitor, analyze, and improve the Service, including improving accuracy, reliability, and our methodologies and models (using data consistent with this Policy);
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- for other purposes disclosed to you or to which you consent.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information as follows:
- Service providers / processors. Vendors that perform services for us, including: Stripe (payments); Google and Apple (authentication); AI model and search providers that generate or support analyses; hosting and infrastructure providers (which may include cloud database and backend providers used by our development platform); analytics and communications providers. These providers are authorized to use information only to perform services for us.
- Third-party data and links. The Service displays market data and links to third-party platforms such as Kalshi. When you follow links or use third-party platforms, those parties' privacy practices govern.
- Legal and protection. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
- With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent.
- Affiliates. With Apex Protocol IP LLC and other affiliates, for the purposes described in this Policy.
5. AI Inputs and Outputs
Your User Content (e.g., the markets and questions you analyze) is processed to generate Content and may be processed by third-party AI providers under contractual confidentiality and security terms. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or non-public information. We may use de-identified or aggregated data, which does not identify you, for any business purpose, including improving the Service.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your session and preferences, maintain security, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may impair functionality. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time. We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely. You may request deletion as described in Section 9, subject to legal and operational limits.
8. SMS / Text Messages and Phone Consent
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to alerts or other text messaging, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from or on behalf of the Company at that number, and you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (and may reply HELP for help). We handle phone numbers and messaging consent consistent with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws), you may have rights to:
- know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected;
- delete personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising); and
- non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, email cs@bubbasedge.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law and may decline where an exception applies. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under eighteen (18). If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact cs@bubbasedge.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service contains links to and integrations with third-party sites and services (including Kalshi, Stripe, and authentication providers). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
13. United States Processing
The Service is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. residents. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
