Bubba's Edge — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Bubba's Edge at bubbasedge.com (the "Service"), operated by Apex Amplify, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Our 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the Service. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a full (100%) refund of that purchase within fifteen (15) days of the date of the purchase. This applies to purchases of Reads, Edges, and any paid plan (including the "Founding Member" plan), made through the Service.
To be eligible, your refund request must be received within the 15-day window described above and must relate to a payment you actually made.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email cs@bubbasedge.com from the email address associated with your Account and include:
- your name;
- the email associated with your Account;
- the date and amount of the purchase; and
- a brief note that you are requesting a refund.
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to process eligible refunds without undue delay.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on Stripe and your card issuer or bank, and is outside our control; it commonly takes several business days to one to two billing cycles. We do not charge a fee to process an eligible refund.
Upon issuing a refund, any Credits or benefits associated with the refunded purchase may be removed or adjusted, and access to features tied to that purchase may end.
4. Free Beta and Complimentary Credits
Complimentary, promotional, or free-beta Credits (for example, Credits granted at signup) involve no payment and are therefore not refundable. Nothing in this Policy entitles you to a cash payment for Credits you did not purchase.
5. After the 15-Day Window
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable after the 15-day window described in Section 1. We may, in our sole discretion and as a courtesy, grant refunds or credits in individual cases; doing so does not obligate us to do so in any other case.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to decline, limit, or reverse refunds, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of this Policy (including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), violation of our Terms, or unlawful activity. If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at cs@bubbasedge.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
